The breakfast was amazing. Looked great and all included. The pool super warm. The rooms clean and comfortable and everything so close to all amenities I.e the Irish Bar also the ferry. Staff friendly and helpful.

Poor service at the restaurant!!!. Dined in for dinner and greeted by the waiter who acted like he didnt want to be there serving us. Also when I called for room service at reception they said they were closing early 8pm with no apology for the inconvenience. Restaurant is advertised to close at 9pm. However the motel room was fine, receptionist lady had a great smile and excellent customer service skills.

The best thing about the hotel was the view from our room which was on the top floor (king suite with ocean view) however if there are people swimming in the pool they might think you are watching them instead of admiring the view so slightly awkward. The hotel is run down & in desperate need of a refurbishment the elevator was ridiculously small & clunky. While we had a fridge in our room, we don’t believe it worked as nothing was cold in the morning. This is the only place that I know that charges for hot drinks with the Continental breakfast which also does not include any hot food, certainly not worth the price of $25 per person. No cutlery or plates or extra towels for the pool were supplied in the room either. Disappointed at the price we paid especially when I emailed & asked what the best price was, only to find it was advertised for $125 per night on GrabOne while charging me $220.

We thought we were booking a nice flash hotel as a treat on our long road trip, but felt a little disappointed when we arrived. It looks very different in real life compared to the photos, and the room was unbearably hot with only a little fan to try keep us cool. Everything was OK, just not the standard we were expecting - will probably just stay at a motel next time for a similar experience for a lower price.

Room was super hot, no aircon, just a small fan. TV was small and difficult to see from where the bed was placed. Bedside tables were a long distance away from the bed. We only had enough body wash shampoo/conditioner for one of the two of us. Toilet paper is one ply. Bar shuts at 8pm. Pool closes at 9pm while it's still light! In the summer. Would have been nice to be informed at check in instead we went up for a shower after long drive to come back down and be informed these were closed.

For convenience off the ferry this is a great place to stay. An easy couple blocks walk from the terminal means no transport is required. The location being so close is a little noisy as the ferries make quite a bit of noise while they idle overnight. The rooms are tidy and small but perfectly sufficient for a short stay. The staff were extremely accomodating after our ferry was delayed and made a number of changes for us to ensure we arrived. Signage around the hotel to get to your room is a little limited so we had a bit of trouble finding our room after hours - a quick fix to improve.

Booked for 1 night originally online and we decided we wanted to stay another so i booked another night online, this was fine. Upon arrival i asked for a complementary continental breakfast as they were offering if staying 2 nights and they obliged which was very nice. We arrived to our room which was clean and tidy only to find X1 toilet roll and only 1 small soap which was for the bathroom and shower for 2 people?? The next morning at 9.45am i received a phone call asking me (from a very RUDE woman at reception) when i was checking out, I replied saying that I had booked and payed for 2 nights and I was not going to be checking out, she then proceeded to tell me that we were changing to another room??? Why would you say and even suggest that we move to a different room when it was already confirmed when we checked in the previous day that we were staying in the same room- does not make sense! The fridge did not seem to be working well at all as we bought some extra milk and in the morning the milk appeared to be warm. The cleaning the second day was not really up to scratch and our tea, coffee, milk and TOILET roll had not been replaced! I had to help myself to another toilet roll and soap from the trolly down the corridor after the cleaning had taken place. Breakfast (which i understand as covid restrictions) was not very good either, the fact that we were not allowed to choose what we wanted and just got given a continental on a small plate (toast, Granola, chopped fruit and pastry) and was not offered any more if we needed it (my partner eats a lot) and i gave him my breakfast instead and i just had toast. This was meant to be a buffet after all so the fact we were not offered any more was disappointing. When we asked for another coffee we were (on both days) stared at with a blank look as if this was inconvenient. Sorry guys but this was not a great experience and will not be staying again, also I would have liked to have had pool towels in the room in case we wanted a swim. I hope the manager looks and acts on these reviews as there are defiantly a few unhappy guests out there!

Nice place to stay, central to everything. The room we had was an Ocean View room and yes it had a very nice view towards the port. Beds were comfortable, shower was fine, room was a good size. Staff were friendly and helpful. Like all hotels you can end up with other guests being a little annoying, like trying to open their side of the interconnecting door at 11pm and then banging it shut - duh. Happy with the values for money.
