★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy my pilates sessions with Georgie. A couple of old injuries used to prevent me wanting to go to a gym, but Georgie makes exercise fun and I look forward to my weekly time at her studio. She has some great equipment that, with her guidance, helps target my core strength without hurting my back.
