★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic service here! I was having a terrible job trying to replace the twine in my weed eater and I’m pretty sure that I broke it trying. Phil was so helpful. He replaced some parts and replaced the twine and showed me how to do it, right there and then for a nominal charge. I will definitely go back here again

Have used 3 times. Would not start on fourth time.
Took it back to shop for service. Serviceman advised I was overchoking it and it flooded.
I had followed the handbook instructions to date. I will now follow serviceman sdvice.
I was charged $22.50 labour.
I would have thought it should have been a part of the service with a new product.
I certainly would not recommend the Stihl shop to anyone.
