About Plumbing World
Bowel Cancer New Zealand is a nationwide, patient and family-led charity committed to reducing the impact of bowel cancer on our community through awareness, education, support and research. The charity was founded in 2010 by a group of people affected by bowel cancer, with the support of clinicians committed to improving bowel cancer awareness among the general public and health professionals. Bowel Cancer New Zealand aims to provide clear and up-to-date information about the disease, symptoms, what to do if diagnosed, and treatments available. More than 3,000 New Zealanders are diagnosed with bowel cancer every year and 1200+ will lose their lives. But the good news is bowel cancer is treatable and beatable. In fact, more than 75% of bowel cancers are curable if detected early. Bowel Cancer New Zealand is delighted to be partnering with Plumbing World to help spread our vital lifesaving awareness and education work to all New Zealanders. Together we can make a difference and save lives!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service in the trade sale counter.( plump dark lady). The toilet spare parts prices are 2 ½ times higher than other shops. Never go to Plumbing Word again.

What a beautiful showroom. The girls there were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and were able to answer all my questions.
I'd thoroughly recommend going to Plumbing World, I'll be back.

We went to this store to purchase products for our new batbathroom and toilet.
The saleswoman assisted us and marked into a catalogue the various products we wanted to purchase so our designer could place the order.
The saleswoman marked one the codes incorrectly and we now have a shower installed that we specifically said we did not want. The saleswoman is passing the blame with our designer saying she has delivered the products that we ordered. While this is technically correct it is because she gave us the wrong codes. I would definitely not recommend this branch. We also did not have one of the items we requested included in our order. As we were living away from home while the bathroom was installed we did not pick up the issues straight away.
Since writing this review I have been contacted by the manager for this store. Grant has been fantastic at taking our complaint on board and has sorted everything out for us that was mishandled by the sales consultant we dealt with. I have nothing but the highest praise for his service and we are very satisfied customers now.
