★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hamish sorted out our plumbing problems in the house, and also found and reported a leak for which the city council was responsible out on the verge. He also made a special effort to pop in and give his opinion on a leak we had over a long weekend, on his way to the beach with his family. That was real service Hamish - thanks very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt, professional and friendly service - had a pipe burst emergency, and Hamish / Pipeline Plumbling were onsite in 20 minutes, and completely fixed the issue in even less time than that. They were highly knowledgeable and offered some really great advice to help prevent the same issue from occurring again in future.
Would not hesitate to use Pipeline Plumbing again, and highly recommend their services.

Same day service (working around my schedule), fair pricing, friendly, fast and efficient.
Hamish even took the time to talk with my Son who is fascinated with all things plumbing, most tradies just grunt and ignore him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend using this business. They turned up at short notice but made some amateur mistakes and seemed to take offence to being asked to rectify. Crudely fixed their botch up and was ill tempered and unaccommodating when simply asked for their return time on the day of re-installing the toilet. Overall I'm disappointed to have used Pipeline plumbing - had to get someone else to finish up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased my house 2.5yrs ago and had Hamish come and do a plumbing inspection and advise what issues there were that needed rectifying as part of my due diligence. When I took ownership of the house Hamish was contracted to do the work around my property to rectify those issues to the total of $9,300 .. including a replacement hot water cylinder which he didn't pick up during his inspection. One job was to disconnect all water to the downstairs unconcented bathroom. When we have come to do renovations and remove the bathroom it's become apparent that despite me having been charged for this to have been done (and it being on my invoice) the water was not disconnected from the sink, just the waste water pump. We uncovered concealed water damage to flooring which now has to be removed and replaced. I contacted Hamish with my complaint of which he said he would contact me in 2 days, he did not. Two weeks later I followed up with an email and asked him to reimburse me my $400 excess as its now an insurance claim and $133 I had to pay another plumber to do what id already paid for him to do. He outright has refused and denies all responsibility, apparently its my responsibility as a home owner ? No, he was contracted to do a job, I've paid for it to be done and it wasn't. Simple as that
Hamish is unprofessional to deal with, will not take responsibility for his actions and doesn't like it when he is called to task for HIS failure. I do not recommend dealing with him or his company and will no longer be recommending him to anyone and I will be taking him to the small claims court for the cost to repair the damage caused as a result of his negligence.
