★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order Uber Eats to get Pita Pit from Onewa Road regularly and so does everyone that I work with. Yesterday I was charged for a Regular but received a Petite, which is a mistake and I was willing to let them sort it. However I called and spoke to someone at the store who was quite rude and unapologetic and he said he would talk to the staff about it and call me right back. Still haven’t received a call, not impressed. I won’t be ordering from them again and will make sure no one from my workplace orders from there either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with great food. My only complaint is how famous it is for lunch which causes some delay for a 30-45 min period. Otherwise is a great place for a fast and healthy bite that’s not too expensive.

We made an online order today and there was a mix up that wasn't picked up till I got home, due to dietary restrictions I could not eat it. Rung the store and they went above and beyond to fix the issue for me, a very satisfied customer! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fresh ingredients etc, it's Pita, not much to get wrong. But we keep going back because of the staff. They are great, they are always really friendly to my young soon (he really likes going there because they are so friendly to him) and even remember our order from last time. You also get a discount if you go to Snap fitness next door
