★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always give 5 stars for their best customer service but today a girl name ??? at drive through made my visit worst.
The way she communicate was rude and unprofessional which made my day stressful?, also she was showing bad atitude for no reason.
I was explaining her my order and her tone was impolite then on window, I asked her "how are you but she did'nt reply then again I asked how's your day going and she ignored me".
Hahahha? girl keep your bad atitude in your pocket got it!!!!!
Zero stars for your behaviour. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layout for the place is really weird. They have a drive through thats not part of the food court. The food court itself is pretty old. But the staff at BK there are super nice. I was speaking to the manager think his name was Matt super nice. Great costumer service

The eat in wasn't soo bad,but there is definitely a staffing issue,as I feel there is not enough adequate staff.my burger was cold,but the fries were fresh and they offered ketchup.
I've been to better BK's, low 6 out of 10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ customer service was terrible i couldn't hear a single word the small guy was saying and to make it even worse my burger smelt like a smelly nugget (but not the good kind) , 3 ply napkins though gives it a 5 star

Last time I went a few months ago my chips were cold, not a big deal, this time I ordered for me and my son, 2 cheeseburger combos, I drove off missing one burger and missing 1 medium fries, I came back and asked for the rest of my stuff they apologized and gave me my food I paid for, my burger had a hair in it and i believe this was on purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is just average, with a few problems. The first time I went through their drive thru a couple months back (09/04/22), the lady at the booth did not speak to me at all! She simply handed over all items, seriously a robot could have done a better job!
I went more recently a couple of weeks ago and it was a much better experience, at least service wise. The food is above average, but nothing really praiseworthy.
