★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love pita pit but this is by far the worst one I've been to. Customer service is very poor. Last time I went I asked for cheddar but was given feta. When asked to change it, the lady proceeded to tip half of the filling out and roll it back up!! Really need to improve their service, because other pita pits are great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience at this store after buying pita pit everyday for the last two months at other stores. I simply tried to upgrade my salad with a $5.00 smoothie combo. The lady insisted it was only valid with designed by us pitas or salads and not designed by you pitas or salads...
Even though they are the exact same price?
I even showed her an online order as an example from her store, buying any pita or salad which allows you to add a smoothie for $5.00. The owner insisted that was because it was online. I received near apology and simply went to tank juice bar next door. I will not be going back to this store. In the future in might be wise for the owner to upsell and offer an upgrade for
$5.00 with other customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the freshest fast food in Botany Hub - fresh, tasty, quick assembly. Overall a good deal for lunches or light meals.
Service could do with another person in busy times, but on the whole they do pretty well. Closes annoyingly early though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tom didn't answer the phone, I made 6 phone calls over the course of 2 hours and Google says their store is temporarily closed so I ordered from Botany Downs store with no issue whatsoever. He then called me 2 hours later and refused to refund me. I'll be driving a little further in future to Botany Downs store as the customer service at Botany Junction is appalling. Next time answer the phone and just say "please hold" instead of letting it ring 30+ times for 5 minutes straight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been disappointed greater than this afternoon. Absolutely below standard prep for any lunch whatsoever. I oukd take away the only star I had to unfortunately include for this Pitapit franchise store in Botany junction. I was amazed to find big chunks of veges with roots in the salad, with no almost no sauce, no ingredients to be found in the salad bowl as per my online order. This is money wasted and a lesson learnt. Please be very aware of the food you order with this store. I have attached my receipt and pictures as well for the store owners to ponder upon. Quite shameful ?. I was highly disappointed and let down with a brand operating under PITA-PIT umbrella at such below standards and with a substandard customer service. Absolutely Gutted !
