Overall for $ 6 fantastic combo- although disappointed with the quality of the chicken meat, it was the first time i had a budget meal in Wendy`s and was impressed on the presentation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was great but tables were dirty and had to ask for them to be wiped down. We were the only ones in there so not sure why it hadn't been done. Staff were friendly though and just 1 annoying fly flying around inside

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't fault Wendy's in Otara, my food is always fresh. Even when they are running minimal staff due to covid, they make sure everything you need is in the bag, napkins, straws etc.
Thanks to the staff for working so hard during this crazy time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had attended a community event in Otara finished quite late and was STARVING with some friends. (Friday 12th February 2021 after 10pm).
Most drive-through outlets were closed, noticed the main Wendy's on East Tamaki drive was still open. Lovely guy who served us from the start to end. Polite, doubled checked our order also giving the price at the end. Thank you Jesus some service!! Food was served HOT!! He knew his menu and recommended us to choose etc etc which we did. Should have got his name.
Next time WE WILL BE tipping this awesome staff member. Thanks again for the staff member who also cooked our meals HOT to how it should be everything!! and the LARGE drink was bomb!! Almost collapsed when I saw the drink size with our meal haha THANK YOU?? Great humble service out SOUTH AUCKLAND Totally recommend here!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today brought the mates rates seeing double meal through drive thru, opened the burger to find they only put one pattie in our four burgers. Had to walk in to get them to fix our burgers also paid for an extra large fries which wasn't in our bag either. Please guys check your burgers you pay for what is advertised not what they want to give you. Have always loved Wendys Otara the best drive thru and fresh meals but today was disappointing and the manager on-site wasn't very nice either. When the mistake is yours own it apologize it's drive thru for a reason to not have to walk in..
