★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible.. Did not get the order correctly. And didn't make a new one when I told them about it. Simply dumped the ingredients they'd used into the new one. (Even though they told me they'd make a 'new one) Tasted terrible. Very disappointed. Downside of franchises i guess...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gotta make sure that they handle the food correctly for coeliacs. Only get salads from the big bins UNDER the bench and make sure they change gloves when handling food. Always use baking paper when heating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No idea about gluten free!!! This was very disappointing. Of the many options for food in the Glenfield mall I immediately plumped for pita pit having had magnificent service for gluten free options at the Lincoln road franchise. However, the staff here really need some training on what gluten free means. I explained several times that I was a coeliac and could they please separate the ingredients etc (as they do at other branches, and I assumed it was standard) the staff had No Clue. They didn't even have any gf pitas they guy had to go off somewhere and get it, the girl ripped the bread so much opening it. And didn't take the salads out from seperate containers as you would for a coeliac. When I explained she still didn't get it this was so disappointing from what I expected. She offered to make me another one but I doubted her capabilities and understanding so I said don't worry, I had already waited over 20 mins and the rest of my family had finished eating. Won't go here again thanks ill stick with the franchises that know what they're doing not risking my health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have attempted to order pita pit for lunch through the uber eats app a few times over the last couple of weeks and they just cancel the orders... 4 orders cancelled over a 2 week timeframe seems excessive and uber eats ends up holding my money for 2-4 days every time. If you're not available for uber eats why even be on there ?
