★ ★ ★ ★ ★ False advertisement, hours should say 23 hours cuz they needa “reboot” the system at 3am every morning apparently . Drive to maccas as it’s 24 hours to be turned away at 3am waste of time, Glenfield never get the order right either… useless + the shelf where your food goes is disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star rating for 3 days ago, 1 star rating for last night so average 3 star rating. Needs to "up their game" in terms of quality control and service. Ordered 1/4 pound cheeseburger with bacon, delivered correctly labelled, just no bacon! Luckily we checked before driving off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get a chicken wrap, went home opened it, the wrap itself basically stuck with the paper, the pastry fallen apart, cannot wrap the chicken and salad at all, as its into pieces. I'm losing my appetite!
This is not the first time Glenfield has made mistakes, and they do not reply to any feedbacks, how do you improve service if you don't care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two of the staff were outside the main entrance smoking like chimneys, then went back to work without washing their hands, serving and handling customers food, absolutely disgusting. Otherwise the service is average and food quality is okay, would not recommend taking your kids here or eating here if you prefer not having smoke tainted food or getting 2nd hand cancer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a Uber Order my order number 30f17..I ordered an cheese burger happy for my daughter. The fries we're half cooked, salty and is not even a happy meal fries ?♀️ the burger so mess and too much tomatoes sauce ?♀️ my daughter can't eat these salty and half cook fries ? so disappointed.
