★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked online (Glenfield Mall website store directory) for Chemist Warehouse opening hours. 8.30. Checked online for Warehouse stock levels for a clothes airer. In stock.
Made a special trip.
No one at the Warehouse could find the airer, although they showed x12 in stock.
Went to Chemist Warehouse - didn’t open until 9.00.
So yeah completely wasted trip. Frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glenfield mall has fallen on hard times in recent years, and it's mostly the owners fault. Kicking out profitable places during a lockdown because they wouldn't pay for redesigns they didn't need. And now they're extremely slacking on covid guidelines. Want your lunch with the cooks and servers not wearing face masks?? And so much of the place is falling apart, be careful in the car park if you're disabled or elderly. It's extremely slippy when wet, ironically the most slippery on the disabled parking marking. Overall this entire mall wouldn't survive if there was any sort of competition close by

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always, is clean and tidy. They had a bouncy castle for the kids to enjoy. But when that's not there they have a permanent playground for the little ones and often have small activities set up around the mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Destination to take you're children, They have always been a good bunch. The place feels safe, It's well maintained and has many activities such as Face Painting, Miniature playgrounds for you're kids to play while you grab a coffee at the nearest Coffee shop or any other activity.
