★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to come to this pizzahut often when it first opened. Definately had the best quality made pizzas of all the pizzahuts in Tauranga. I was tricked to come in today as there was a sign out the front advertising $5 pizzas (displaying a cheese pizza, and my kids love cheese) not only was the cheese pizza not $5 but ones with cheese and toppings like ham and pineapple were (where's you logic?) the last time I came in i raised my concern that the smaller pizzas are the same price like cheese and ham and pineapple etc. But the large cheese pizza is more expensive than it's other partners in the value range. He said that's because there's more cheese on a cheese pizza (obviously because the large is bigger than a small.) sick of C.S.Rs pretending like they're management and lying to the customers just to make sure they don't have to think to much when working.
Today this pizzahut has earned itself a 1 star reveiw for false advertising. I could have easily gone to dominos across the road got the pizzas I want, for cheaper and with free sauce and saved my hard earned money. Disappointing.
Just warning anyone who is after some $5.00 pizzas... Its ham and cheese. That is it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice in a month they send the wrong order. There is no accountability. Their large pizza is tinny. The stuffed crust is not stuffed anymore, just cheese thrown on the crust. ZERO customer service from the staff in store.

They have poor time management as I asked for it to be ready at a certain and had to wait almost half an hour for one garlic bread.
I am appalled
WENT TO CALL THEM AND ALL THEY SAID WAS EXCUSSES
REMEMBER CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT
AND WE DONT NEED YOUS TALKING BACK

Just got my order and it was incorrect... i am appalled from this pizza hut has no good quality standards.. Never going back again
