I called with little hope of getting help, but to my surprise they were friendly with amazing service, and even though I was at fault, they helped me right away and it was super appreciated and made my day

As I left another customer came after me and warned me that he had heard staff arguing about the toppings on my pizza and had heard them say "don't tell the customer". Got home and my Italian lovers had no olives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, their pizza is top notch and always tastes amazing! We did get the wrong pizza delivered and within minutes corrected the issue by apologizing and sending over the correct order!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are getting real lazy with the quality now. The latest pizza wasn't even cooked properly and was still wet in some areas. I wish I could say that tis is a one off. Don't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its abpain when your order is wrong.. not worth the 9kms back to town. Pepperoni doesn't sound like Classic Cheese... it could have been the bl.... mask ? distorting the sound??.. at least the other pizza was correct. Ah well I'll be getting them to read the order back to me next time as its not the first or second time my orders haven't been what I'm sure I said.

If you say you are open to 10pm, you are required to be contactable and provide a service up untill that time. Open untill 10 pm does not mean you shut at 9:40 pm (both online ordering or by phone. You end of day routine is to take place after you posted business hours, I will be in contact with Pizza Hut head office about this.
