★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on 03Jan just after 910pm. The signage on drive through are on, waiting 5 mins at the intercom, no one responded, went to the pick up window to see what was happening. A lany was cleaning on the drink area and pretended she couldnt see me. I was in a car right by the pick up window so she would have seen me. Seems the staff rostered on 03Jan2022 were more interested in closing up earlier than the advertised time on the website, they are basically saying: stuff the customers, last shift staff at Wendy's Te Rapa don't give a toss, they just wanted close up because they can. As I was leaving another car came up behind me, probably wondering the same thing. Not good enough. This explains why Macdonalds next door and BK across the road have their restive drive through full of vehicles and customers. I also wondered if the supervisor of the last shift on 03Jan authorised to close the branch earlier than 930pm as advertised. Even so, they should have put the signage on order intercom it to say they are closed for the night and turn off external siganges, including ones for the drive through. Some common sense, people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there for their icecreams. Then we got distracted by the goodlooking menu and decided to have dinner there. The Bacon Chicken Fiesta Salad is an absolute treat. Place is clean, cool and staff are attentive. We don't normally go to fast food restaurant but every now and then Wendys us always good to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just attended Wendy’s Te Rapa . So disappointed with the order. Burgers and chips stone cold . Coke drinks flat . They’ve obviously been sitting around a while as lukewarm and flat . This was $24 of my hard earned cash which I might was well thrown down the toilet…. Not good guys ????????????????????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gutted. Ordered through drive through Te Rapa and got home to find the burger is nothing like what I ordered. The chicken was like a dried up biscuit. A shame because I’ve always had good experiences from this store.

The staff was fantastic, the food was great and Wendy even was polite and let me leave with out being sarcastic at me! Great meal, great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sat behind 2 cars in the drive thru while they took their orders. Finally got to the speaker only to be told they weren't serving food anymore..... I understand they close at 9.30 but it was only 9.28 and we were the last car in the line.
On top of that we had to wait a further 10 mins while the cars in front got their food ?
Ended up having to travel across town to the Greenwood Wendy's.
Much better service and really quick getting the food to us.
Won't be going back to Te Rapa.
