★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean premises; friendly staff; fresh ingredients. Subway, Te Rapa is located to cater to local businesses and passing travellers on the adjacent busy main-highway but has limited parking (4 spaces). Staff will build your totally custom sandwich from the fresh displayed ingredients; choose your bread, fillings and the amount of each.
Service was speedy (short or no queue). I recommend trying a falafel sandwich for a tasty vegetarian experience, with ranch and sweet onion dressings, but they're all great when you build them yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subway at the Base as always provide 5/5 service and has really friendly staff whoa re kind, chatty and good at what they do. I will always choose subway over other places to eat because the staff are so much more friendly, Jack always provides top-notch service for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a chicken teriyaki wrap. The lady gave a really small measley portion of chicken topped with too much filling. Was pretty much a vegetarian wrap and not worth the $9.80 price tag!
Other subways I have been to give a reasonable amount of meat so I won't go to the Te Rapa store again. Rip off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are incredibly friendly and have amazing attitudes, they are great at what they do and have fun doing it! Very generous with the fillings and a pleasant atmosphere within the shop. I always look forward to visiting when I’m in Hamilton. Keep up the fantastic work!

The day you provide plant based cheese and mock meats will amaze me. It would be appreciated if a discount was applied when items such as meat or cheese were removed from a order.
This store does have great customer service though!
