★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless, still haven't received a refund from 3 months ago, tonight we ordered pizza, it's been 2 and a half hours (1 hour after their delivery confirmation time) and had to chase them up twice only to find out they had "delivered it to the wrong address" yet they have a tracking app and we get confirmation when it leaves the store which means they simply haven't done it. Save your money and go else where

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy ordering online which allows you to pay in store. We arrived at the store and our order was ready. Pizzas and garlic bread were delicious. Loved the cheesy garlic crust on one of our pizzas. The dough was very crispy.

We order pizza in advance however when we reached it was handed over to another customer. We had to wait for new pizza only to get half cooked as attached. No courtesy to even apologies. Offer nothing to complement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, ordered hot and spicy pizza and there was no jalapeno in pizza which was suppose to be main topping and they didn't provide garlic bread which we ordered. They didn't even care to do the refund nor to apologize. Worst staff, they laugh instead of saying sorry to customer. Johnsonville pizza hut should better close rather than cheating and providing worse customer service. Better to buy pizza at dominos Johnsonville who provide such good service and even their pizza is much better than Johnsonville pizza hut. Beware of pizza hut Johnsonville spams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick, efficient and polite service. Good bang for your buck... decent sized side orders and the pizza itself is delicious. I do recommend Pizza Hut johnsonville oh and their "cook to collect" advised time frame (given to you once you've completed your order) is pretty bang on too!!

Manager named Gaurav was so rude when I rang to inform that he gave me wrong order instead of apricot chicken he gave apricot sauce on cheese base pizza and also for second pizza we customise pizza which totally screwed with wrong pizza as well order number 2206027625546
Disappointed never going pack we used to order regularly never had any issue with other staff as this guy was busy in talking with delivery people while preparing order so disappointed screw our dinner
