★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know where to begin. Lets start with the positives which is they give a good quantity of food but that is where it stops. I travel all around New Zealand and of course I have KFC as a go to for FAST food. Johnsonville KFC by far as the slowest service of them all. I don't know what seems to be the issue but you'll be expected to wait in the drive thru for more than 30 mins. Once I decided to go inside thinking it'll be quicker than waiting for the drive thru. That is when I realized the reason for all the long waits. Their staff are working so slowly and seem confused. The amount of times they have gotten customers orders wrong including mine and the number of times I've had to go back, it's ridiculous. It's called fast food for a reason, please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst KFC in Wellington don't go there unless you have an extra 40 minutes to get through the drive through. what a joke how dare you claim this to be a fast food restaurant. absolutely appalling wait times and food was cold. seriously don't bother go to Mc Donald's across the road. I putr a stop watch timer on when i arrived 38 minutes to took to get my food. ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must have been a bad day at the office today 6/2. KFC Johnsonville was super busy. Perhaps the owner can look into helping out the team. It’s not the team’s fault that I got the driest, stalest roll with the scrawniest mangiest piece of sample of chicken in what’s supposed to be a zinger burger. See the photo’s and let me know if I’m unreasonable. Very disappointed today. The bucket of chicken got 5 stars, but that’s what I expected at KFC Johnsonville anyway. I’ll try again and hope for the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just don’t know how this KFC is still operating. We placed an online order only for it too arrive with items missing, and with no answer when you call the store, we drove in to get our missing items, I was greeted with such a very unclean store. There is one girl taking the orders & packing them on her own. When I finally got served, she was apologetic & went too speak too the manager, who didn’t even bother too speak with me & just barked orders too the girl at the counter. During this our order which I brought back was cold. We had the items replaced but that’s it, there was nothing about the fact that we had too drive in because they stuffed up the order. Not only that, but there was another customer who had just been through the drive through & half of there order was missing. I do not know how this KFC is still operating & will be loosing money on all the mistakes that happen there.

I ordered online, it said it would be ready by 11.28. went in just after half past and waited 10 minutes for the staff to acknowledge me despite no one else being in line. I was told I was in the wrong line, not signposted as such, so I moved to the other line and the staff on the first till stood around and served nobody. i then waited in the other line. The person doing online orders ignored me for another 10 minutes before i shouted (had to shout, she was ignoring me asking nicely 3 or 4 times) and then was told its my fault for not bringing it to her attention that i was waiting for something. As though standing in a queue didnt signify this. Getting on for 12pm, after much uncertainty about receipts and orders, I left with my order which was dry, lukewarm and my work lunch was now over. Pointless ordering online.
Add in dated and dirty surroundings.
There was a courier there at the same time. None of them would give him a name for the parcel. He ended up leaving with the parcel.
I wont be going back, which is a shame as its only around the corner from my house and my work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came with a click and collect order to pick up and the counter was closed so could only go drive thru, although we have now been in this line 35 minutes past our click and collect being ready. There was no sign on the door for click and collect to wait, we rang the store 20+ times and no answer. Ended up walking up and waiting at the door for about 10 minutes before someone came and asked if I had an online order. Click and collect shouldn’t have been available, or if so, they should have had a sign up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This KFC store requires an operator manual to use and then it is OK. :) If you drive through then they are pretty fast. If you come to order then it is fine as queue is obvious. But if you click and collect here is the secret: come in to the counter with no sign on it at the far end and keep asking quite loud and clearly until someone from behind the counter busy packing chicken hears you and asks for your order number. It is likely that your order is already waiting ready at the back. ;-) Don’t be polite and stand there quietly for an hour. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is very very slow. What is wrong with the staff? We are waiting for more than 30 minutes inside, the drive thru is way faster. Then after waiting for so long, you will get a dry chicken. It's been like this for a long time! Change your staff! The service is very very poor! Are your staff have dementia? There are several times that we are missing something in our order? If you can't perform well, just close your business. It's a waste of time and money going in there. We will go somewhere else.
