★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza was as good as you'd expect. Though we ordered on the night when Covid level 4 was announced, and seems the community decided to mass order to have a last bite of fast food for what would seem to be a few weeks. Which meant ohr food was only ready nearly 2 hours after ordering. Could definitely be better.

(Cannot be compared to Pizza Hut Hobson street where the manager is rude and verbally abuse customers - I haft checked the google review)
I always get what I ordered for and wilt definitely come back.
P.S. My favourite is mozzarella stuffed crust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered double cheese on gluten free, looks like they went for half cheese (didn't even attempt to cover to edge). Then they didn't put the bbq swirl on the second pizza that you now have to pay for. Pizza hut is OK, just don't go to this branch (not first time they have screwed up order)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From all the pizza hut places ive been to i haven't seen such in my life hardly any meat on the pizza even sauce i suggest they need to look into this cause to serve a pizza like this even for a simple plain one which I've got many times from other pizza hut places this is just croockery plain and simple

I like that it is so easy to view their entire menu and order online for pickup or delivery.
I was staying about 5 minutes away from this location when I was in Auckland. I ordered online, left my home almost immediately, and my pizzas were ready within a few minutes after I arrived.
Their menu includes options that are gluten free and vegan cheese is available, too.
So 4 stars for convenience and price, but the pizzas are not absolutely the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very disappointing experience at the Newmarket branch.
We pre-ordered pizza online in advance for a children’s birthday party. Pizza delivery was scheduled for 12pm. By 12:15 we hadn’t received the pizza so rang the store to be told it was on it’s way. By 12:30 it hadn’t arrived so we tried calling the store but no answer. Finally after arranging an alternative lunch for a group of hungry kids the pizza arrived an hour later at 1pm.
A call to the Manager in the following week (after not responding to our previous messages) she offered a poor excuse that the store was busy and ‘it happens’. Not apologetic at all and really didn’t care. The message we had wanted to get through was that a simple call or text to explain the delivery was late would have mitigated the situation. Really poor customer service and certainly wouldn’t purchase from here ever again.
