★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was VERY unhygienic. The worker kept coughing on his hands and made lots of orders. Their uniform was very dirty too. Also, it takes a while for the phone to start ringing. I would now prefer to go to Domio rather than Pizza hut now. Dominos is way cheaper and makes better pizza with a better deal.

After losing our 2 pizza 3 side order it was not as orderd, my wife's veggie lovers standard crust pizza came with a San Francisco style sourdough base that was not light and crispy but stodgy and chewy!. My ordered sourdough base pizza was the same as my wife's stodgy and chewy and was missing the bbq sauce that should of been on it! Plus to top it off the chips were luke warm. Very disappointing Pizza Hut Palmerston North there were alot of upset people waiting for their orders tonight.? Definitely not worth the wait!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently reading simple instructions is too hard for these guys. How they could completely got the wrong pizza base for my order is beyond me. Not to mention the inedible "pizza" that they made. Put way too much cheese, resulting in all the toppings just slide off the pizza. Under cooked the pizza too. Oh, and they give you a bonus strand of hair with your purchases. Bunch of imbeciles!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited almost an hour after the “estimated”delivery time only to receive cold stale pizza that was clearly sitting for half an hour before it even left the store. The fact one of the pizzas was wrong was just the cherry. Maybe next time I’ll call ahead to make sure it’s not a busy time. I understand it can make things difficult but even answering the phone to let us know it’s going to be late would be nice.
