I love how the company is not just a travel agency but it is also very family orientated and they deal with customers as friends. Not only are Edith and the team very welcoming but they are very knowledgeable and informative with whatever plans you may have. I have booked with Planet Earth when we first went to Europe and because of their service it made my holiday much more secure and a very enjoyable experience. I always book with them whenever I go to the Philippines as the knowledge and advice they provide is outstanding. They make you feel important and will go out of their way to prioritise you and your family to have the best holiday experience from the beginning to the end. โ โ โ โ โ Edith Carpenter, Founder and CEO of Planet Earth Travel, arranges our yearly family holiday overseas, sometimes more than once a year.
We are big extended family and sometimes total of 33 of us travelling all at once to one destination. We have always found Edith very professional, helpful, friendly, reliable, open, honest and gives us great advice. Edith arranges every detail of our holiday for us from airfares, hotels, tour guides, airport and hotel transfers, etc. Edith make sure that she is always available 24 hours / 7 days a week for us, even if we go on holiday on Christmas or New Year period. When we are away on holiday she make sure that she is always around in case we need to contact her.
We are very happy with Edith and Planet Earth Travel and highly recommend her and her travel agency. We plan to continue using Planet Earth Travel for our future travels.
