The staff are real attentive and really caring but at the same time they weren't over the top or just looking to make a quick sale they actually cared about what we were looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I knew the girls name who served me! But she was lovely! Noticed me looking at the shoe cleaning products having no clue what to get and she cane straight over and helped me out! Showed the best product to use and then proceeded to give me a run down on how to use it! Genuine and nice girl too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased sneakers, socks and shoe spray, both staff/girls were extremley pleasant, professional and helpful.
Nothing was a problem, and they spent the time and effort to help my daughter.
When we had a problem with the shoe spray, they were helpful and fixed it straight away.
Thanks ladies, keep up the great service, will be back again.

Service - exceptional professional and friendly customer service, informative and customer specific.
Location - isolated shop from main entrance of The Plaza mall, clean and tidy shop, music at a nice low level, cramped and costly parking in The Plaza mall.

I will be contacting HR to have a word regarding this staff member.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited 16/8 afternoon. I didn't feel welcome at all and wasn't greeted. There were a bunch of girls sitting in the store chatting amongst each other no idea who the staff were maybe all of them?? Quickly walked throughout the store and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comically bad service, felt like the young man serving my partner and I was trying his hardest to be rude. He spoke over us trying to talk to his co-worker while she was with another customer, walked away while ringing up our purchase without saying anything, didn't make eye contact the entire time, and gave us a fake smile that quickly returned to a frown as he handed us our bag.
A real shame as the other young women who was working at the same time was genuinely very lovely and helpful.
Left the store feeling like we'd done something wrong, and regretting that we'd gone in.
