★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, a store policy to not provide refund or returns on sale items. The profit motive behind this is understood, it is sale items afterall. But customer service? No the store is all sales. Beware, if you think they have a heart and change your mind within minutes of your purchase, these people will show no compassion or understandibg at all. Lovely shoes, but management seem to in my experience to have no humanity or kindness
