Our Story
The Plumbline story began in 1990 with my father founding the business as a retail bathroom showroom as an extension to his commercial plumbing business. Beginning initially with a small range of very boutique bathroom collections, the business has steadily grown to become a recognised industry leader in the New Zealand market.
Plumbline today offers one of the most extensive bathroom collections in New Zealand, through our locally designed and manufactured products and our exclusive imported brands. We ensure our customers experience the very latest in designer styles and innovation and are here to inspire, create and supply everything you need for your new bathroom.

Pretty impressed with Plumbline. I was terribly unhappy (see below) but they were unhappy too with me being unhappy. So they send someone out who spent a decent amount of time and didn't leave until it was fixed. All working brilliantly now!
We have a pumbline in wall dual flush. Brand new but small flush doesn't work. Service man says it only does fluids and not designed for the slightest bit of paper. Ugh. Wish someone had told me that before we bought it. Not very helpful in an eco-home and a household with 3 females. I hate it. Wished I had gone for Caroma which worked so well in my old house. This Plumbline dual flush is not a dual flush and a water waster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in Plumbline. I bought a Progetto Tondo Heated Towel Rail off them IP rating 45 - their RRP is $559 (I got it on sale for $445). What I was shipped is an Elite Round Heated Towel Ladder IP 55 in an Elite box with small Plumbline stickers on it. Elite Bathrooms sell this product for $499 (although seems to be permanently on sale for $429). This is blatant false advertising by Plumbline as I haven't received the product that I ordered. Plumbline are clearly misleading consumers by selling someone else's product at inflated prices. If you are after a heated towel rail do your research, don't buy Plumbline and expect to get what you ordered.
