★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG these guys ripped me off so badly, I didn't know I was dealing with them as the page looked like a local guy then it transferred to this Auckland crowd Plumbquick who booked it, they charge $128+gst for the first half hour then $110 for every hour advert that!!! I thought they where just normal plumbers and got them to plumb in a washing machine. They only plumbed in cold, not hot and cold as asked and have charged me $1400!!!! Never never use them and watch out for their trick of pretending to be normal plumbers on webpages they just have their name in a small logo in the corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plumbquick had terrible communication. I wanted a leaky tap fixed. It's been 6 months and I had to chance them up several times while they were "waiting for parts". When I would call, I was very politely told that they would figure out why it was taking so long and call me back, but then I wouldn't hear from them. I would then chase them up again to be told that someone would be in touch. After 6 months, they suddenly said they can't source the parts. Go with another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blair from Plumbquick today unblocked darains in the house. We just moved into a house and the drains were blocked and leaking.
Blair came around house and did such a fantastic job. He was really friendly and really fast at doing his job .. it was 3 flights of stairs from the Tap to Drain .. he was sprinting the whole way to get it all checked.
Definitely recommend Blair from Plumbquick .. for unblocking drainsin Wellington region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were astonished at the efficiency and cheerful attitude ref your courteous plumber quickly resolving the sudden and alarming burst pipe issue logged only a few hours previously on our hot water main.
(esp promptly attending and crawling under our house)
Resolved by replacing with a new poly joint
Not only that but also finding and remediating a 2nd similar leak to a joint on the watermain.
Thanks again Plumbquick - we are delighted. Call them!

The phone receptionist was very easy to talk to and we were able to book a time several days ahead. On the day, Chris Davies, the plumber contacted us early with his expected arrival time, got details of the tap we required and arrived promptly. He was very professional and pleasant and completed the job very efficiently.
