★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a spa pool 4 years ago, absolutely love it. My only complaint was after 2 years a jet fell out. Although pool pack replaced free of charge four more have fallen out. Again pool pack replaced but they will not stay in anymore. Seems to me there is a problem with the actual spa, surely it should last longer than 4 years!
OK, can now give 4 stars. Pool pac came back to me and upon taking foc jets back now found they gave me the wrong ones! Just put correct ones in and loving it again. Just a little naffed I had to pay for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had leak in our pool draining 300m3 water over a 3 month period with a "water witch" working constantly to replace the leaking water .Throughout the whole process Alaric has been amazing .He showed great communication skills and expertise . He established where the leak was and fixed it .We are so happy to have someone who has put us at ease with his reassuring manner and diligence .We definitely recommend him for his pool work Many thanks Alaric( Oz).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. No communication, they lost the pool for more than 6 weeks. The fence plans submitted to council all wrong. Missed emailed, no updates and we had to pay a council fee in advance without the council coming over. This is a long line of complaints. The pool was due 5 months ago and they keep pushing out the date. We have nearly missed summer and I have absolutely no confidence if they pool got installed it would be any good. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a Spa Pool from PoolPac we were told that the spa’s could be delayed due to shipping and container issues they kept us informed all the way through our purchase which was great.
Anita and all the team have been great with communication when shipment was delayed they called to let us know.
When we got our spa the staff delivered it to our home and took us through how to use it.
Since then we just love our Spa
