★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We learned about Poppy's through a friend, and we're so happy we did. The views are quite possibly the best in Wanaka. The location is just far enough from town to be away from the hustle-bustle, yet close enough to enjoy all of it's amenities.
The owners were extremely friendly, and helpful in providing suggestions for local activities. The breakfast was outstanding. Fresh fruits and cereals of different variety every day. The view from the dining room table was magical.
We stayed in a self-contained apartment on the top floor which included two bedrooms, a living room, dining and kitchen area with a walk-out deck. Everything was of high-quality.
Needless to say, we would highly recommend this B&B.
