★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely close proximity to the Port Waikato river entrance to get you to that lovely fishing area called the west coast. The boat ramp has parking for a few trailers. It also has a wharf to tie your boat off to. The bar is extremely difficult to cross so ask the locals even if you have crossed this bar before.
