★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same experience, original owner (Nigel) thoroughly disorganised and deceitful about a number of things. The new owner, Stan, employed the former owner but takes no responsibility for things done under his employment. Was more concerned that I had emailed his partner rather than fixing the foul ups created. Hit him with some facts, radio silence thereafter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this company (also known as STMB Limited) the owner is called Stan Walsh, they take your deposit start the job , do a lot of damage to your property in the process of doing the job then half way through just don't turn up, they do not respond to Email, Phone calls ,Text. They are rip off merchants. The original job was to replace hardieflex to the basement of the house, once the old hardieflex was taken off (Photos show the damage to the cladding they did in this process) it was discovered that some timbers needed replacing, on their advice we agreed for them to do the additional work ,they replaced the timbers ok, however they did damage our front door by cutting through our Aluminium front door frame and breaking the plumming to our toilet that they had to replace. They advised us in order to stop rain water running down the drive and doing the same thing to the timbers under the house we should replace the driveway and put in some drainage, we got an additional quote for this and paid an additional deposit, this is when the problems escalated, They dug up the old driveway, put down some gap7 base, put in boxing incorrectly with notting to retain the new concrete. They walked off the job for 3 weeks with no explanation and we were not able to get any replies to numerous Phone, Text and Emails. Photos show some of the damage they did and the rubbish they dumped in our car port that was not our rubbish. We have since got a very good company to fix up the damage that STMB Limited did, the new company we got put in the new driveway and would highly recommend their work.
