★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need to arrange redelivery of a parcel to a different address because they refuse to deliver anything to our address (yet other courier companies do not have an issue), yet they won't answer their phone. It keeps disconnecting after one or two rings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They could of called me that they my parcel was there for a few days but no. My number was on the parcel. I had to call and follow up even tho the address on my parcel was 2mins up the road ?
Thats how long it taken me to drive and pick up my parcel, 2mins ?????

I paid $15 for shipping, have waited 10 working days still haven’t received it and when I contacted them they told me it was lost in transit and will have to organise replacements. Also the Manager Nicole from Whangarei branch was rude and kept talking over me not very professional at all
