★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's something to be said about an employee who is not sure about something, but goes out of their way to learn how to deal with something new. Best over-the-phone quote and a friendly, can-do attitude from the central contact center to the office in Whangarei. It feels like a deep-seated corporate culture of caring for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trade Me sellers need to use a different courier service... so far 10 days.. I'm presuming my Parcels are lost... Kerikeri to Kaiwaka and they cant get it right..they promised delivery last Thursday, then Friday, still no parcel... tried calling today , asked to talk to Team Leader , they put call thru and was left with pipe music.. waited 10mins but no response.. can see why their ratings are so low... no care, no responsibility.... broken promises over and over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, the service I got when I went in to send a parcel lady was a totally rude she shouldn’t have interaction with the public absolutely disgusting remarks from her about my choice of package to send won’t be using them from now on NZ POST IS MUCH BETTER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Zealand Post, on more than one occasion, did not deliver overnight delivery package within the time frame. It took at least 3 days to arrive and this was only after I had escalated it all the way to top management. When it reached top management they were very good at getting it sorted but it was a mission getting it to this stage. This happened 3x.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Track and trace system is a shambles. Expect to wait around a week for a parcel that takes NZ Post 1-2 days to deliver...I am comparing from exact same supplier to my address. Happens consistently so that's why I am spending the time to write this review. Customer service phone line are rather dismissive. AVOID NZ couriers if you are in the Whangarei District

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sad that at Christmas time NZ Couriers drivers are so lazy and deceitful. I am always at home, and spend all my time in my bedroom, as I am physically disabled, BUT, the front door is 8 metres away, a distance I can cover in a few seconds. I received a number of deliveries today, but not from NZCouriers.
When my husband arrived back from work this afternoon, he found a “YOU HAVE MISSED A DELIVERY “
Card on the path leading to the front door! Now I have to find someone to fetch the parcel. Shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This video shows how your driver DID NOT deliver the package despite having Said he did. Instead we found the package open next door opened and it's contents missing. I have emailed you and you ignore my emails. I have explained that the contents is missing and that your driver stole it yet you continue to ignore me. Be warned before you use this company. They will steel your orders and pretend to have deliverd them. Lucky I had CCTV to prove nothing was delivered. You should be ashamed of such service.

I moved to Whangarei in October and have had a few deliveries.
He is always polite and friendly and even makes the effort to check the name on the delivery and say Hi to you personally
