About Postie Napier
Responsible ethical sourcing is an ongoing process and our suppliers are regularly re-audited by a specialist independent third party to make sure we are continually meeting our standards and developing positive relationships for ongoing improvement.
Working together with our suppliers is vital in ensuring we’re partnering for success, for the long run. Our team makes regular visits to our suppliers, working with them to complete on-ground training and education through a series of workshops.
Within the last 24 months we have conducted 217 factory audits which gives us the most up-to-date position of our direct supplier base across all regions.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for the use of child, forced and prison labour in the manufacturing of our garments. We strive for full transparency and do not allow outsourcing or subcontracting unless sub-contractors are audited and approved also.
Most of our products are produced in China, followed by Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka and Cambodia. We ban the use of cotton from Uzbekistan and working with factories in the province of Xinjiang as they don't comply with our code in human rights.
Postie is part of the Best and Less Group a clothing retailer with stores throughout Australia, we have been developing initiatives together, to ensure ethical sourcing throughout our supply chain. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The older women (manager I believe) zero stars from me. Second rude experience I've had with this women. Would appreciate it if you treated customers as paying customers rather than thieves. Disappointed in the treatment of this rude women. Hovering over like your stealing. Go into the changing room with one item to be questioned if I'm purchasing it or not. Sick of it. Otherwise when she isn't on the other staff are awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalled to be waiting in line with no social distancing and get to the counter only to be told they don't take cash and I will have to wait for next counter. I questioned this as the store assistant had her mask off while talking to another staff member. Also another staff member was wearing her mask belie her nose! I waited the recommended 2 meters and the store assistant then csll another customer to the counter immediately next to me. Esde either follow the rules or not...don't mix and match to suit!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a similar experience as another reviewer. I was greeted very coldly after exiting the changing room, treated like I was gong to steal. It was clear she was very annoyed and that she had been waiting for me to leave so she could intimidate me. I won't shop there again.
