★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wandered in impulsively on a Monday evening and had a great experience. The staff are lovely and talented. Lots of polish options. It’s stylish inside and very clean. Love the plants. It was the people for me though. Putting an actual roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and a sani-bin or regular rubbish bin would be my only suggestion.. they come in handy for some of us at certain times ? I’ll be back though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks for the nails were very nice but I was not very happy with the service, I made the appointment at 13:15 and I was attended until 13:40-45, and I made the appointment for an express manicure and they did what they wanted because I think they don’t communicate between the girls by the level of stress they handle by wanting to do nails to all people, in the end I paid the manicure in 45 when I made the appointment online and perfectly in my email says exprees manicure 35NZD. On her computer she confirmed the appointment which said that the service was requested by me, how could I imagine that they were going to give me the service she wanted to charge me for?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I popped in on Thursday day (their late night) and they were more than accommodating, offered a lovely selection of different teas and had lovely colours available for SNS.
They were efficient, but didn’t disregard care or style. Great conversations and lovely staff. Hasn’t been open long and should definitely be supported more by locals. It’s clean, tidy and they are professionals, big space so could go there with a bunch of friends. Thank you for doing a lovely job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of there nail polish is way better then any other place I have been to, no chipping for at least three weeks! They all ways do a good job at not making nail polish too thick. Iv got gel colour heaps of times and every time was happy and French tips once. This is my favourite place for price and quality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was serviced for acrylic nails and they aren't very good quality. The nails have been filed underneath so much that they are arching up and are somewhat similar yet are different shaped.
I understand it is very close to Christmas and I did expect them to be busy, however I did call to book the appointment in advance, but the ladies kept moving around to serve everyone and this meant there were long waits between having the acrylic applied and filled.
Also, there were moments where the ladies working on my nails would look to the door to talk to a walk-in customer whilst continuing to do my nails without looking. Many mistakes were made and though the ladies were kind and friendly, I just can't return.
