After picking one of my cars from having the door replaced, it wasn’t until I got home that I noticed the guys had taken the liberty of also pulling out a small car park dent on the rear quarter, even though it wasn’t part of the damage they were fixing in the original job. There was no extra charge for this and I thought this was a really nice touch and a great example of how awesome Precision are to work with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the service. The communication was good, my repair was done immediately after level 4 - they managed it all well and in time.
There was one thing left over after I picked up my car, hard to spot and only apparent at motorway speeds. They dealt with it quickly and professionally, so credit to them for how well the managed the minor error, and for me it raised the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had such a smooth experience dealing with Precision team. They made it super easy to book the vehicle and pick it up on the committed time. Vehicle was groomed inside out.
Parts were delayed for quite a bit but it was out of their control due to manufacturer being too slow to ship the parts. It would be great if Precision can regularly update customers on the delays so that customers can be reassured that repairs will take place eventually and manufacturers are being chased for parts.
