★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose Peter simons from the list of panel beaters advised by car insurance company when it's rear bumper needed repair due to an accident. At first we were a bit worried especially after reading the reviews on cowboys that said they take longer than to repair and not that good. However, the reality was different. We had a very good experience and got the car back three days earlier than expected. Also the work was done beautifully and thoroughly. Very happy with their work and highly recommended. If you need a courtesy car, inform them early. There is a charge of $40 for a courtesy car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best repairs I have had done for years. Car came back cleaner all round, Quality of panel alignment and soundness of bumper and auxiliary lower panel at a very high standard. Not the fastest repair but that seems to have been a big factor in quality.Loan car for $40 well worth it for good car full of gas at the start. Overall exceptionally happy will bring all business in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit concerned with how everything would go after reading some of the google reviews about this place. I can say that I was Pleasantly surprised and they've done an amazing job. Car was finished 2 days earlier than mentioned. They also fixed my car fob and washed and vacuumed my car. 5 stars would use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Use their service through an insurance job. Worse customer service ever. And the workmanship is sub par. Staff like to talk to customers like dirt in a bullying manner. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Believe all the negative reviews. They are all real. I have made complain to the insurance company to suggest we go there. This is an additional description for review made 3 years ago.

The older gentleman ( didn’t get his name) waited for me in the car park to park and asked if he could help, assisted me right away even offered a drink while I waited and to fix other little things in the car. He is an amazing man with 10 star service highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found PSPB easy to deal with, and apart from having to wait for parts to come from overseas which was out of their control, that they were pretty quick to organize the job when these arrived and completed on time. I was happy with job which looked like new and they also touched up another paint chip I'd asked about, so I have no complaints about the service.
