We sent in our car for a repair of the bumper and they took almost 2 weeks to get it fixed. Each time I was the one who had to call in to see what was happening rather than them taking the initiative to inform us as to why there had been a delay in the first place. Also when we got the car back the seat belt light was malfunctioning, it had been working perfectly well before. They say that they are not at fault but if something that was working perfectly well comes back broken who is to blame? Overall worst service I have had with any mechanic in Auckland. You are better off fixing the car yourself.

When I got in the car this morning, I discovered the inside had been groomed. I hadn't noticed last night when it was dark.
Thank you guys, what a treat. Will always recommend you for top service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They repaired my car as part of my insurance claim. The staff were extremely polite and friendly and the service was very good. It was a 2 week wait to get the bumper repaired but they sorted me with a replacement car so it was sweet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Henry, Michelle and the team are tops in my book. My van got knocked back from a WOF because of a bad dent in the back door. The team sorted it quick smart and hassle free. New WOF on the van and I am a very happy customer. Thanks again and keep up the great work.
The boss cares about his guys, takes them out on fishing trips on a work day which is even more special and says a lot about the business culture..
