Hi, my name is Leah I am a mother of 5 children varying in age from 4 to 14 years old.
Outside of work I have a busy home life with my husband and children. We are always on the go, whether it be at the lake, the beach or catching up with our families. Originally from Wellington we relocated as a family to the Bay of Plenty 23 years ago.
I started in Property Management at the age of 16 answering phones and directing enquiry working with my Mum whilst still at school.
I have a real passion for developing relationships and working with people. I get a real sense of pride and enjoyment when I can help someone achieve a good result.
Through the years I have worked for a few different firms in Rotorua and have now found a position I really enjoy in a company that I am very proud to work for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These crooks kicked my elderly parents out of their home and caused them so much stress just so they could increase the rent! My parents were happy now they have to settle for a much smaller home where they have little to no privacy. I cant bear to watch them suffer and they a good honest people. What you did to them is a crime, shame on you precision! Don't deal with these cruel people. They don't care about anyone and will evict you at anytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They really helped me out and have me a chance and found a nice rental for me in a good area. The price is a little high for the size and condition of the house but the area is great. They also had addressed some issues quickly that I had pointed out after moving in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies at Precision property Rotorua are very Tika (correct) to their word. They took us in last minute and housed us which I am so grateful for. They are very lovely ladies to deal with. Will back landlords ? and make sure the right tenants are in their property! I was a renter through them and although we went through a few things on my behalf which is quite embarrassing ? the ladies were straight up and honest with me and I was accountable. Ahakoa he raru you guys are amazing people keep being real and honest and thankyou for providing us with a home when you did ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They criticize, steal people's money, falsely taking people to court trying to charge a tenant over $2000 for a cleaning fee or immediately remove your bond and you never see it you have to be working and have a proper family they judge on people past and they don't deserve to be up and running disgraceful people especially Carol and her daughter Leah from rotorua you people need to cut out what your doing and start being professional and civil not conning people out of there money THE WORST . read more reviews to find out how they really are

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When they give you the house it was DIRTY house but when they have final inspection, they all need professional cleaning as brand new house. Before we move in or out, they supposed to have inspection with me and sign paper. But it never happened with them but blaming us.
They asked us to leave the key inside the property instead of handing over key when we moved out. Property was furnished so they got TV and stuff but they didnt care if the property is locked.
The house has key pad lock. The day our moving date, they did not informed us key pad password so we needed to wait in front of the house for 1 hour.
We never paid rent fee late, we always paid on time but we got phone calls that we have not paid rent fee in rude way so I needed to send them references to them.
Using this company was nightmare for one year.
The house owner was so nice guy but this company gave me a headache all the time.
After the cleaning they just cut the bond...
I did not agree the way she cut the bond and she said she is lodging the tribunal.
