My concerns going down this path were to do with disruption to our business but Mike and Aaron were excellent in their communication, worked around our client meetings and their staff were courteous and tidy. Great service guys, a job well done.

Had our house infinity unit replaced and all the gas lines into the house changed to a bigger line. Done in a half day real top stuff from the team.
More recently have had Premier doing the plumbing for a coffee shop and these guys really know there stuff no muck around and the most practical way about was done.
Plumbing at the highest order without taking the piss on price or service straight up and straight forward.
Also a lovely Irish bloke who I couldn’t really understand but I’d listen to him talk all day!

We have just recently had a full radiator system installed plus a new Infinity boiler. The team from Premier are absolutely brilliant. It was a big install which took 8 days but they kept disruption to a minimal.. The team led by Aaron and Simon were really thoughtful and professional and cleaned up every day. Honestly I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I was most impressed, they came promptly, serviced and upgraded our unit so it was running perfectly again and with extra features. It was all done quickly and the price was very competitive. They seem to have a genuine interest in their product and in providing top service. So much so it prompted me to write my first google review.

A bit of miscommunication at the initial install meant we had to wait longer to get the upgraded thermostat system but the Premier Heating team were great with follow up and informative with teaching us how to use the system. The product itself is the best heating decision we could’ve made and we’re 100% happy with our choice to go with underfloor heating! Our home is always warm and cozy. We definitely wouldn’t get the same comfort with other heating options.

A group of very cheerful, experienced tradesmen who replaced the engine with a new, efficient high-end model, as well as replacing all the floor vent grilles and installing a dust filtration unit. Yes, it was costly, but I now have a reliable, super-efficient system, with a remote control which means I can control the temperature of any room I'm in. I highly recommend Premier Heating as a company which delivers.
