★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A man named Mike hooked a trailer on to our vehicle without securing the coupling correctly. As I drove out the yard, it came off and left a hole in the rear bumper. Would not accept liability, as there is a sign on the fence stating ‘make sure your load is secured’. Really unprofessional. Word of caution, don’t let them hook trailers on to your vehicles, even if they insist.
Edit: ‘General Manager Harley’ followed up with us after becoming aware of the poor review, insisting this is not how the company usually operates and kindly offered compensation and a store credit which I have declined. He assured us processes and training have been altered to alleviate the outcomes of any future mishaps. We appreciate you taking the time to try resolve this issue Harley.
