★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They wouldn’t accept my MasterCard which is fine, but a bit unusual seeing as this is where a lot of foreigners might come to get a laundromat key. When I asked for the nearest ATM, she was rather rude and unhelpful and just pointed down the street. I then ended up walking a kilometre to the nearest ANZ. When I returned to get a laundromat key, she again came across as rude and unhappy. Maybe she was having a bad day... a smile, some courtesy and helpful local knowledge would be appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE CAREFUL! Had $2 left on my laundry card. Went to put $8 on to top it up to $10 so I could dry my clothes. she only put $6 on so I went back and asked for my card to be topped up to what I had paid then i got told that the card had no money on it dispite me checking it on the machine a minute earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop opening time doesn’t match the owners opening time. Very rude and no customer service at all. Shop opening hours for Saturday is from 8am and they opened 8:35am and their response was that they own the shop and don’t need a lecture from me when I only asked if the opening hours is correct.
I had previous unpleasant experience with this same lady but only reason we go here is because of the laundromat that requires us to top up card from this dairy. May need to find a new self service laundromat in town I guess.
