★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took I a Sony Z5 phone to fix a smashed screen, they replaced it but within a week both the screen and back started falling off so took it back. Not sure what they did but another week later same problem. 3 trip they fully replaced the screen again now the proximity sensor is jammed on so all phone called the screen cuts out. Not happy as I have the phone to my Mum so she didn't have to buy a new one
