★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the very large washing machines wasn't working (along with 3 other smaller ones which had signs on them!)...thought it was my key, so went to the dairy who sell the keys to tell the woman there that my key didn't seem to be working and to check my balance after I had put money on it this morning! She told me the balance and then replied " just move it" (as in shift my washing). I would have if there were others available!!!! Eventually a machine came free.....but if it wasn't for that I wouldn't have bothered using this place.....it has a filthy floor...doesn't look like its been dusted in ages and if the dairy is the franchisee, they don't deserve to be because of the non existent customer service!!!
I had read previous reviews and now totally agree with the lack of customer service!! If I need to use a laundromat again, it won't be this one unless there's a change in ownership. Inconvenient though it will be, I'll try the Mornington laundromat, hoping like hell its not run by the same person!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good. The place is clean, there's plenty of washing machines and dryers... Just the thing with cards and keys... Don't understand why using them both... Bought the key for 3$ and got there to just find out I can't use it here... So bought a card for 1$, now mu phone case is fulfilled with keys and cards I don't need... (and yes, now I know I can check it on the website, but still, why using 2 different things under one brand?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good size machines but the key system was a little confusing - ended up having to pay $15 for $10 load - got 2.50 back but not sure what that was all about. Lady at dairy very unhelpful. Floors definitely needed a good clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has been nice and clean every time I have visited. Machines work well. It's a lot more expensive than what I'm used to in Auckland but seems to be on par with other laundromats in dunedin and is far nicer than most of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All new to me pretty expensive 3$ to buy a key 5$ to put on it $5 for 25 mins pretty dumb I prefer 1$ for 8 mins in Hamilton lots of laundry mats up there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually good value and clean tidy and certainly helpful with the weather the way it is at the moment quick simple and easy to use new card system that works well with ability to increase time for $1 which is rather good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was really running outta clean clothes to wear and was happy that I could still use my laundry key since I moved down from Christchurch. Had a big load to wash, dry and fold and was pretty much tired but really stoked to have clean clothes again and at an affordable price as well ???
