★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think that quality is important when ordering prints. It doesn't seem that Printicular agrees with that point of view.
We received our prints and they had a green hue, were completely lacking in colour depth (clear lines between gradients) and they were not sharp at all. I asked for them to reprint or provide a return address for a refund, but all they said was that prints differ from screens and sent me a 15% refund and dropped all correspondence.
I had the same picture reprinted by the photo spot in Warkworth and they turned out great. Nevermind that I have 15 years of professional photography under my belt and have worked in photo printing myself, the way that these people will treat you if you have a complaint is frankly insulting. I would advise anyone to stay away.
