★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, the manager Andy is extremely rude. He said my mobile phone was not able to be fixed and it was a waste of time/money when I was willing to pay him? I took it down the road another company and it was repaired within two days. I used to be a loyal customer but not anymore. Regardless if the owner did not want to fix the phone having a poor attitude is inexcusable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with Andy for many years he is a good technician, honest , and gives a fair deal, these 1 and 2 star ratings are unfair , computer technicians ain't cheap no matter were you go, but honest ones are hard to come by and I've used quite a few, and will continue to use Andy, so if your realistic need a good technician yourve come to the right place.

Andy used his mobile battery detector to test less than 1 minute he said not charging then advised me to bring back to Samsung since it is under warranty. He charged me $25 for this service. This is ridiculous!! Minimum wage one hour is $20. He charged me $25 for just a minute? Daylight robbery.
