★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store today, there was a beautiful Indian lady and a kind Asian guy, I went for phone cases and they were very helpful, spent a lot of time helping me, I also came in the store with a screen protector which I bought in JB-HIFI, JB-HIFI won't put it on for me, the kindly workers in store helped me to put it on for free. Also gave me a gift card at the end. I'm so happy and will come back anytime, and will suggest my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with these guys I have given my phone in a week ago to repair my screen and camera. It took 2 days to repair my screen and I got my phone back and the home screen passcode was non responsive. I then asked for a refund and wasn't allowed one, so they took my phone back to fix it properly. To this day since last week they have yet finished fixing my phone. If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. The price is not worth this poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a case that was scratched up without my knowledge. When I opened the packaging I noticed and went to return. The person was very rude and would not refund me dispute having purchased it 20 minutes prior and the packaging being intact. Shopkeeper shouted at me and refused to refund. Do not shop here- $1 store quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in a phone for a new battery, phone was working once we gave in the phone. A few hours later we received the phone and it would not turn on and was stuck on the apple icon for hours. Was told it was a software issue and that they would fix it, came back hours later and the phone did not turn on at all and was completely broken. Rather than apologising or giving a refund, was told we were liars and lying and that we caused the problem rather than them being at fault. Lost everything on the phone. Also another time went in for the same issue on another phone, and the battery was not put back in place properly and would rattle inside the phone. Do NOT recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely disappointed with this company, I paid for my phone charging port and my battery to be replaced however they only fixed the charging port. I checked my battery percentage in settings before I gave my phone to the Indian lady it was at 87% however when I received my phone back from the lady it was still at 87%? I found this extremely weird so I asked the lady, why does it still show the same battery percentage as it did when I first gave it to you? She then replied it must have been a faulty battery. She did not offer me a refund and wanted me to pay $110 for a new one. I 100% do not recommend using this company they’re dodgy scamming Indians who are after your money.

We purchased 2 screen protectors and 1 phone case. Jas made us aware of a special deal that was happening at the time. We took advantage of that deal and have been delighted with it ever since. Jas was so helpful, patient and sweet.
