★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really happy with the service that they done on my phone got my front screen and back screen couple of days when they fixed it my speaker on my phone wasn't sounding good and
The new front screen they put on was after market one and my true tone on my iPhone was gone .that was on my phone wasn't on anymore and they said they would give me a call when my phone is done and they didn't even contact Me I had to contact them my self to see if my phone is ready !!?? I don't recommend any going to them to get there phone fixed totally rip off and bad customer service!!

On Thursday I went to a vodafone shop inside the Westfield Manukau
Mall to find out if they can fix the XR iPhone battery? Vodafone referred me to Omni Tech inside the mall. The technician was very helpful he said the battery phone is very low at 85% he can recharge the battery. I questioned why a phone cost $150.00 to be recharged? he said that`s how much it cost. I reluctantly accepted but felt better after being offered a 2-year guarantee When I got the phone back 34% of the battery was charged. I went home to finish charging the battery.
Friday 27th:
Only 28% of the battery was charged. I took the phone back this time with the phone charger. I left the phone with the technician from 10.30 to 12.30 pm. on return I was pleased to see it was fully charged.
Saturday 28th:
Only 20% of the phone was charged I took the phone back again. To cut a long story short I was advised to bring the phone back next Monday.
All I want is the battery for my phone repaired or renewed I should not have to keep coming back all the time. Can someone help?

Feed back since this review I went to an Apple approved shop n Papatoetoe as the iPhone is an Apple phone. After I explained what happened they confirmed a new battery was replaced. Tested the phone charger confirmed it’s the phone charger that’s not working. Since purchasing an original Apple iPhone charger the iPhone works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice we have come to have our Samsung S21 Screen protector replaced as application wasnt good previously. Met up today with the Regional Manager Punarvasu which fixed the problems we were having. Very helpful and knowledgeable in his products. Will definitely come back to see them and highly recommend him and Omnitech Manukau
