★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner turns up late for work (no one else attending office). All I required was a small repair and she insisted I needed an impression done first and then wanted me to go to Dinsdale. I told her she makes a simple task complicated. Appalling service. She may not have understood me as her English was awful. I went to Denture Studio in Peachgrove Road and job completed in 3 hours! Pro Dentures (Chartwell) are NOT Professional at all.
