Dr Phebe Chua
Phebe graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Otago.
Hailing from sunny Malaysia, Phebe has a disposition that takes after the warm weather of her homeland. Well known for her gentle and empathetic approach, she has a pleasant chair-side manner and enjoys relating with patients, young and old. She takes pride in delivering quality patient-centered dental care in a relaxed and comfortable environment. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
In her downtime, she relaxes by going for a run and playing the cello. She also serves in her local church and finds great joy in spending time with people she loves.

They're not the cheapest dentists in town but when it comes to dental care, you don't want the cheap option anyway. The skill and expertise of the dentists at Lumino makes them well worth the cost.
I've seen them save teeth that lesser dentists would have pulled without a second thought. If you're serious about protecting your smile and preserving your teeth, you can't go wrong with Lumino.

I appreciate the time she takes to let me know what is going on at every step of a procedure and ensures that I am ok. I currently live in Auckland and although Dr Marianne has recommended dentist to see up here, I will continue to travel down to see her due to her caring nature and outstanding professionalism. Haidee at reception is also lovely and is great at communicating with patients. I appreciate the assistance and kindness that these women have shown me over my years being a patient at Lumino Dinsdale and I would happily recommend this practice, particularly Dr Marianne to anyone who is looking for a new dental practice/dentist!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Tinu Kurien is wonderful. Highly recommend her to anyone who has dental anxiety.
I never used to get dental anxiety but I do now after two horrible experiences at different practices. Dr Tinu was kind and understanding of this and guided me through everything she was doing. She was constantly reassuring and checking I was okay. I didn't feel a thing while she did my filling today so I am very happy and will definitely be happy to see her again when needed.
