★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a gel manicure and pedicure for $100. The woman couldn't get the first coat on properly and had to redo it twice. One week later and the gel is all chipped and coming off at the bottom of all of my nails. I went here in a hurry as I had a function on in the afternoon but sadly even though this is my local mall I wouldn't come back here to have my nails done again. Service was unfriendly, rushed and not very experienced staff and very expensive for poor value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this place for awhile now. Its very clean with friendly staff. A lovely lady named Tai(unsure of spelling) does my nails and I cant fault them. They last so well and she always asks if I'm happy during the process. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got full set of extentions and gel polish. Half of my nails have lumpy bumps, I think the layers underneath did not set and its showing up more over time. 3 people did my nails, and they were all in a hurry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was definitely not the best nails I've had. the polish wasn't on my whole nail and they had to redo it twice. the polish was very see through / clear and I walked away with it still semi see through. the staff aren't very friendly and when I said the polish wasn't all the way on my nail they got annoyed with me. my cousin had to wait beside me to get hers done when we asked to get them done together. they left the base coat on her for far too long and when the gel polish wouldn't go on properly they soaked her nail in remover for too long and when they filed it with the drill it was so broken pieces of nail were flying off everywhere. wouldn't recommend. both of our nails are very uneven and have bumps and things stuck in them cost us $80 together so not worth the money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ usually does okay nails but today i went in and i’ve never been more embarrassed to have nails on. They look like blue tack stuck on my nails, they’re clumpy, not shaped correctly at all, and just over all bad. It honestly looks like a 12 year old did them, the man was very rushed, didn’t talk at all, made my fingers bleed, and was rough with my hands. $70 for such a ridiculous service and experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly, make you feel comfortable and do a good job! Nails lasted well but started to peel after a while.. probably because I didn’t get gel. I had a good experience :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely appalled!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Staff are so rude and don't even talk to you or acknowledge what you're saying! Came in here to pamper myself but during the service I was in pain. lady kept drilling my finger and then cut me with a nail file while doing it so viciously, I started bleeding and she completely ignored it. walked out with trash done and uneven nails. For them to snap off a week later without doing anything that should make them snap that fast. Not to mention a nasty infection from my cut finger. probably from the nail file they use on all customers. Will not be returning and telling my friends to stay away from here!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in, paid for what I wanted, sat in the chair waiting for awhile for someone to do my feet. They were very busy. The young lady that ended up doing my pedicure seemed rushed and kept looking at her watch. I was then asked to choose a nail color and sat back down. Meanwhile the young lady had disappeared but came back and proceeded to do a pedicure on someone else. So I waited for perhaps 10 minutes before someone else put the nail polish on. Because I chose a normal polish not gel, ( as I only wanted my toe nails done for a wedding and not be stuck with purple gel ) I then had to sit for an hour until the polish was dry. Overall I wasn't impressed with their service, and I have had better.
