My friend and I came in as soon as the salon had opened in the hopes we would not be rushed or have to wait. We both wanted really thin french tips and showed a photo of exactly what we both wanted and they said they could do it and charged us $60 each. The massage chairs were so uncomfortable and felt like we were both being punched in the back for the whole hour that we sat there, they did not clean any of the equipment that they used (toe dividers, sanding blocks to exfoliate dead skin off our feet, cuticle tools etc), and would use the same products on us swapping back and forth without cleaning them which is unhygienic and disgusting. They didn't even sanitise the tubs we had our feet soaking in after we were done, just drained the water and left it. They were really rough and didn't talk to either of us the whole time or ask what shape we wanted our nails or to check in that they were doing what we asked for. I have attached a photo of what we had both asked for and we showed them this photo before we sat down, and the photo's of what we each walked out with which was not even close to what we wanted and was actually embarrassing to walk around with. We ended up going to Farmers before we left and buying our own polish to re-do them at home which ended up looking 100 x better, but sucks we had to waste our money on these "pedicures" and then spend more money buying the tools to do them ourselves. Would never come back here again and would not recommend to ANYONE.

Would love to give you a 0 rating but that’s not possible honestly very lovely staff but what ruined it was getting a cut on my toe which they said “it’s only small” and saying it’s my fault and the fact that they cut my toe and wouldn’t give me at least half a refund ruins the place. Also while we were getting a pedicure a lady came in showing the workers the infection she got on her legs from getting a pedicure a few days before honestly made me want to walk out seeing it. Step up Luxury Nails obviously your hygiene is terrible and not worth the money especially if you’re injuring customers I did not pay to get cut.

Will not be returning. Used electric sander on my nails over and over again till I said it was hot (wearing so thin to my nailbed). Made my cuticles bleed by going over them with the machine so many bloody times. Not to mention the shape of each nail and the gel polish was so poor. Worst $70 I’ve ever spent. I tried to explain I wasn’t happy and she offered to “fix for me” with sore fingers and worried how much damage had already been done I just wanted out of there!

Today I payed $123 for my pedicure ( spa ) and manicure.The lady who did my service cut my nails really short. it was un even and horrendous.i asked them do it again with tips but they said I have to pay more.i don't recommend going there and bad costumer service.this is the worst nails salon I've been.

I paid for two sets of acrylics for myself and a friend. It took 4 people to complete my set while my friend only had one. I requested ONE of my tips be removed and redone as it was beyond saving, nail tech then removes two nails - makes me bleed on the second removal from my nail bed. After requesting a PARTIAL refund or voucher on ONE of sets I had already paid for she then informed me she was the manager and they will not do that. I was more than happy to the full price for one set but I was not paying full price to have two nails ripped off aggressively and made to bleed.. she then had security follow us through the mall after we had already exited the store. Actually disgusted with her attitude from the start. Sat down rolled her eyes and started speaking between herself and her coworker in a different language whenever I made requests for my nails. My friends nail tech was lovely. The “manger of this salon” not so much. “I only made you bleed a little” was the reason given for the denied partial refund. Again partial. I spent $162 and only requested a $40 refund. Pathetic, appalling customer service and demeanour. Nails turned out cute ngl.. Despite the blood pool in the nail bed of my ring finger and burning sensation,

Took my daughter in to get gel nails done for her birthday. She's come back to the car crying because they cut her nails so short and then just painted them. I paid for a gel manicure $54! For my daughter to come back with just plain painted nails that we could have done at home. Would not recommend!!

Three stars if I'm being generous. This company's quality of nails and what they look like is not to whine about but more how they do it. I got a manicure at the parlour and about 20-30 minutes later every single nail I had started bleeding from my cuticle up. It was so sore and I needed to ice it In order for it not to get infected. Long story short this parlour ended me and my friend in the clinic. DO NOT RECOMMEND. THERE ARE BETTER JOINTS OUT THERE!!!!!!!

I always love going here they’re the only place that I see regularly clean their tubs after pedicures and nail tools after manicures. They’re always super sweet and very rarely make you wait long for what your after. I regularly get spa pedicures because they’re so efficient and precise and when I get acrylic nails they’re very honest about what designs and styles they can and can’t do which I appreciate. They always spend the most time on shaping and application of acrylic making sure they’re adhered properly. Also they get A+ on Covid procedures making sure all customers are vaxxed, masked and wash their hands before a service.
